Refund & Returns Policy

At BeautySima, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during delivery
• Expired product

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Used or opened cosmetic products
• Change of mind after delivery
• Color, fragrance, or personal preference issues
• Products without original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and personal care items are non-returnable once opened.

Return Request Timeframe

All return or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this time may not be accepted.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Order invoice or order number must be provided
• Photo or video proof may be required

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed through:

• Original payment method, or
• Mobile banking (bKash / Nagad), if applicable

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Return Shipping

• If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), BeautySima will bear the return shipping cost
• If the return is due to customer-related reasons, the customer must bear the return shipping cost

Exchange Policy

In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used cosmetics
• Personal hygiene products
• Free or promotional items

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
• Repeated cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in account restrictions
